• Congregation of United States Religious Provinces. KEB was the primary consultant to three provinces of women religious in the United States that consolidated into a single province. Over a two and a half year period leading up to the effective date of the consolidation, KEB provided a wide range of consulting assistance to help make the merger of the three provinces a reality. This assistance included providing comprehensive support to an interim leadership team established to provide joint leadership of the three provinces in the three years leading up to the consolidation date. This support included planning leadership meetings, facilitating leadership meetings, transition planning for a new leadership team, problem resolution, and development of governance and administrative procedures for the interim period.
  
  
• Other Congregations of Three or More Provinces. Four congregations of three or more provinces have relied on KEB as financial consultants in their efforts to unify their congregations by combining into a new single province. Three women’s groups and one men’s group have used KEB’s financial expertise to help them identify and solve the problems inherent in consolidations and mergers. In each case, the financial aspects of the merger have been made more manageable for leadership and more easily understandable to the members of the respective religious communities.
