Qualifications

Frank is partner-in-charge of Kerber, Eck & Braeckel LLC’s St. Louis office. He specializes in accounting, valuation and tax matters for family owned and closely held businesses. His deep experience in tax, valuation and economic dispute cases includes working with clients involved in real estate investment and management, as well as developers, homebuilders and construction companies. He also serves distributors, professional service firms, healthcare, service businesses and religious/nonprofit organizations. Frank works with clients to weave their business and family interests to minimize tax costs and thereby plan for succession. In addition, he has served as an expert witness in numerous litigation cases in Missouri and Illinois courts and U.S. Federal Courts since 1990. Frank has represented clients in matters before the IRS, state departments of revenue, public service commissions and other regulatory authorities. In addition, he has assisted in numerous business sales, merger and acquisition transactions.
