Congregation of Women Religious in the Midwest. KEB helped this client find and hire a candidate for the newly created position of Director of Finance. KEB assisted the Provincial Council in evaluating the new employee's performance at the end of six and eighteen months of employment.

Congregation of Men Religious in the Midwest. KEB worked closely with this client to identify three finalist candidates for a key financial position. These candidates were presented to a committee, established by the client, to make the hiring decision. This position was created unexpectedly and required immediate attention and action.

11,000 Member Association in Illinois. KEB was engaged by this association to direct the recruitment process for a CEO for this large, Statewide association. We identified and screened specialty executive search firms,and facilitated decision processes that led to identification of a candidate meeting the background, skills and credentials specified by the client.
