• Workforce Investment Act Partners in Cook County Illinois. KEB was the consultant to nine autonomous entities working together to establish a local one-stop delivery system for workforce services required by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. We structured and facilitated a decision making process for the myriad of service and cost-sharing decisions required to be made jointly. This process included an agreement on the meaning of consensus, and a corresponding process for building consensus among these co-equal partners. Both the process and agreements were recognized as models for other localities in the State of Illinois.
  
  
• Religious Institues. KEB facilitates complex group processes with religious institutes, standing committees and ad hoc committees. Based on the task at hand we conceptualize and present processes, collaborate with representatives of the institute to refine the processes then facilitate the group’s work.
