David is a retired partner located in the firm’s Litchfield and St. Louis offices. David has more than 4 decades of experience providing tax, finance, and consulting services for small and medium size businesses. Also a certified mergers and acquisition advisor, David has significant transaction experience. David continues to handle succession planning engagements for the firm’s clients and has significant experience with production agriculture. His career includes investing in and managing small businesses as well as serving on the board of a handful of private companies. David is founding partner of Pritchard, Osborne CPA’s his which merged into KEB in 2013.

FAMILY
A native of Champaign, Illinois, he and his wife Teresa reside in Litchfield where they raised David T, Katie Cross, Gabriel, and Sarah, now all in their young adult years.
