At KEB, our strength comes from experienced professionals who bring knowledge, perspective, and a genuine commitment to the clients and communities we serve. This month, we’re pleased to highlight Blake Pollard, Senior Manager in our Litchfield office.

Blake first joined KEB in January 2016. After a brief time away from the firm, he returned in July 2025 and continues to bring valuable experience to both our clients and our team.

As a Senior Manager, Blake focuses on income tax compliance, tax planning, and estate planning, with particular experience serving clients in the agricultural industry. He works closely with individuals and businesses to help them navigate their tax responsibilities, plan ahead, and make informed decisions with both current needs and long-term goals in mind.

Outside of work, family is especially important to Blake. He and his wife, Kaitlyne, who is also a former KEB employee, have two sons, Hayes, age five, and Davis, age two. If Blake could add a few extra hours to every day, he says he would spend them with his boys.

Fun Facts
If you didn’t have to sleep, how would you use the extra time? I would spend more time with my boys.
What’s the farthest you’ve ever been from home? Ireland, where my wife and I took a self-driving tour around the country.
