Since joining KEB in 2016, Brooke Valenti-Jouett has played a pivotal role as the firm’s HR Manager, overseeing all aspects of employee relations. From recruiting and onboarding new talent to managing total rewards and supporting former employees, Brooke is dedicated to ensuring a positive and cohesive work environment for everyone at KEB. Her passion for human resources began during her time at the University of Southern Indiana, where she earned a bachelor’s degree that laid the foundation for her successful career in HR.

Outside of the office, Brooke cherishes spending quality time with her husband, Josh, and their son, Rhett. She seamlessly balances her career and family life, embodying dedication and commitment in all aspects of her life, both at work and at home. Her proactive approach and focus on enhancing the employee experience have made a lasting impact on KEB, and her contributions continue to shape the firm’s supportive and dynamic culture. With her unwavering dedication and passion for people, Brooke is an invaluable asset to KEB and an inspiration to her colleagues.
