Ross Hager, CFP® – Principal, Springfield Group 

Ross Hager, CFP®, has been promoted to Principal at KEB Wealth Advisors. Since joining the Springfield office in 2019, Ross has been a trusted financial advisor, bringing over a decade of experience in comprehensive planning—from investment management to retirement and estate planning. 

A Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Ross is known for his client-first approach, deep technical knowledge, and ability to simplify complex financial decisions. He began his career in 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois.  

Outside of the office, Ross stays actively involved in the community through his work with Springfield’s financial planning community, the Sangamon Valley Estate Planning Council, and Central Illinois’ Saddle-Up for St. Jude. He lives in Pleasant Plains with his wife, Marlee, their son Hank, and their dog, Mogli. The family recently grew by one more—welcoming a baby girl this month! 

Allison Weems, CPA – Partner, St. Louis Group 

Allison Weems, CPA, has been promoted to Partner in KEB’s St. Louis office. Since joining the firm in 2013, Allison has played an integral role in the audit practice, serving clients across the nonprofit, local government, and automobile dealership sectors. Her proactive communication style and strategic thinking have earned her deep client loyalty and the respect of her peers. 

Allison is known for her collaborative spirit, professionalism, and ability to lead by example. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and is a licensed CPA in Missouri. 

Active in both professional and community organizations, Allison lives in St. Louis with her family. Her promotion reflects her consistent excellence and dedication to her clients and team! 

Brittany Wolfram, CPA – Partner, St. Louis Group 

Brittany Wolfram, CPA, has been promoted to Partner in KEB’s St. Louis office. Since joining the firm in 2017, Brittany has led audit and consulting engagements for local governments, construction companies, employee benefit plans, and privately held businesses. Her practical approach and strong client focus have made her a trusted advisor and leader. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and is a licensed CPA in both Missouri and Illinois. Brittany lives in Wentzville with her husband, their three children, and three dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her family. 

Rob Barrale, CFP® – Principal, St. Louis Group 

Rob Barrale has been promoted to Principal at KEB Wealth Advisors in St. Louis. Rob joined the firm in 2017 after a 23-year career at Mastercard and has brought a values-based, client-first approach to financial planning. He specializes in retirement planning, investment strategy, and comprehensive wealth management. 

Rob has played a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and fostering team development throughout his time at KEB. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri–Columbia, as well as an MBA from Saint Louis University. 

He currently resides in St. Louis with his wife, Alyssa, and stepdaughters, Carly and Ella. Outside the office, Rob enjoys running, hiking, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals! 

Jenny Zipprich, CPA – Partner, O’Fallon Group 

Jenny Zipprich, CPA, has been promoted to Partner in the O’Fallon office. With nearly 20 years of experience in tax consulting, planning, and compliance, Jenny’s leadership is rooted in genuine care for her clients and a strong sense of integrity. 

Jenny joined KEB in 2015 and has earned a reputation as a dependable and detail-oriented advisor. She is a licensed CPA in Illinois and Missouri and holds dual degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration. 

Jenny lives outside Glen Carbon with her husband, Josh, and their two children, Kayla and Carter. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering her kids on at their softball and soccer games!
