Employee Spotlight: Leo Crites

At KEB, we love celebrating the achievements of our team members, and today, we’re shining the spotlight on Leo Crites from the Springfield office! Leo recently passed his CPA exams—a huge milestone in his career. Join us as we get to know more about Leo, his journey, and some fun facts along the way!

Leo joined KEB in August of 2024 and has been a valuable part of the team ever since. He attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and later pursued a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in accounting. His passion for the field and commitment to his professional growth have made him an asset to the firm.

Outside of work, Leo enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his mom, Christy; his dad, Jeremy; his brother, Alex; and their two beloved dogs, Whit and Chloe.

Q: What is a new skill you would love to master?
A: A new skill that I would love to master would be golfing. I started playing last summer, and I can’t wait to start playing again!

Q: What was your first job?
A: My first job was a team member at Krispy Kreme. I grabbed donuts off the conveyor belt, served customers, and cleaned the bathrooms.
