Since 2009, Bethany has partnered with religious congregations to navigate profound transitions with compassion and clarity. She works closely with leadership teams, members, and collaborators to design processes that honor each institute’s mission and legacy while discerning how their charism can continue through new hands and structures.

Her expertise includes long-range planning, governance development, and organizational restructuring tailored specifically for religious life.
