At KEB, we are proud to celebrate team members whose leadership, dedication, and commitment to client service continue to shape the future of our firm. This month, we are excited to recognize Andrew Lato, Amanda Wells, and Jeremy Adams on their recent promotions to Partner.
Each of them has built their career at KEB, growing through the organization while developing strong client relationships, mentoring team members, and contributing to the collaborative culture that defines our firm today.
Andrew Lato, CPA – Milwaukee Office
Andrew joined KEB in 2011 and has spent the past 15 years building experience across audit, tax, and advisory services. He works with individuals, manufacturing companies, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans, bringing a dependable and proactive approach to every client relationship.
In addition to his client work, Andrew is actively involved in the profession and his local community. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on KEB’s innovation committee, helping support the firm’s continued growth and forward-thinking initiatives.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and being active in his community. Growing up on a dairy farm helped shape the strong work ethic and sense of responsibility he carries into both his professional and personal life today.

What values have shaped your approach to work the most?
Growing up on a dairy farm taught me consistency, accountability, and the importance of showing up every day ready to work hard.
What do you enjoy outside of the office?
My wife and I stay busy with our two daughters and Goldendoodle. We enjoy attending local events, summer festivals, and trying new recipes together.
Amanda Wells, CPA – Springfield Office
Amanda joined KEB in 2011 and specializes in audit services for not-for-profit organizations, local governments, and school districts. She is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and ability to help clients navigate complex challenges with confidence.
Amanda brings a relationship-driven mindset to both her clients and colleagues, helping foster collaboration and trust throughout her work. She is an active member of the AICPA, Illinois CPA Society, and Illinois Women in Leadership.
Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys the balance of Springfield’s close-knit community and spending time with her family.

What do you enjoy most about working with clients?
I enjoy building long-term relationships and helping clients feel supported as they work through challenges and important decisions.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
My husband, Ryan, and I spend most of our time with our two children, Colin and Cecilia, along with our two dogs and cat.
Jeremy Adams, CPA – Springfield Office
Jeremy joined the firm in 2012 and has built a well-rounded career serving clients in both audit and tax engagements. His experience includes working with construction and manufacturing companies, closely held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans.
Known for his practical mindset and strong work ethic, Jeremy also plays an important role internally as a mentor, supporting the development and growth of team members throughout the firm.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and staying active through sports and recreation.

What do you enjoy most about mentoring team members?
I enjoy helping people grow in their careers and watching their confidence develop over time.
What are some of your favorite hobbies outside of work?
Golf, softball, spending time outdoors, and being with my family. My wife, Misty, and I stay busy with our two sons and our English bulldog.
